Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

1) Commitment to Child Safety
Dark – Girlfriend Experience (the “App”) and Moments LLC (the “Developer”) are committed to protecting minors and maintaining a safe environment. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
2) Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited in Dark:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or enables CSAE/CSAM.
- Any attempt to solicit sexual content involving minors.
- Grooming, sexualization of minors, or any behavior that endangers anyone under 18.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing nude or sexually explicit content involving minors.
3) Reporting CSAE/CSAM
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly in the app. CSAE/CSAM concerns can also be reported to: child-safety@darkgfe.com
4) Moderation and Enforcement
All CSAE/CSAM reports are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we remove the content and permanently suspend the responsible account.
5) Cooperation with Authorities
We comply with applicable child safety laws and will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities as required.
